: Yes uterine lavage is good. However, you can not do AI immediately after lavage. Time-consuming and need expertise with Foleys catheter.
Post insemination antibiotic is recommended with Dicryticin. If you have suspected with mild uterine inspection by cervico-vaginal mucus examination or by Uterine discharge or only cervical discharge collection.
